“I am delighted that the
Free With Words scholarship targets writers from marginalised groups. As readers we need to learn about a diversity of experience. Often writers from marginalised groups are excluded from opportunities for their work to be nurtured and to grow. This scholarship encourages new voices and gives an aspiring writer space in their lives to create.”
– Lead Tutor, Paul McVeigh
